The violent clashes between Israelis and Palestinians have now led to more disastrous air strikes, which have killed dozens of innocent civilians. The air strikes over Jerusalem started after the Hamas militant group first launched rocket on Jerusalem. In response, the Israeli military launched air strikes over the Gaza Strip, which has now killed at least 43 Palestinians, including 14 children.
Israeli military has already launched hundreds of air strikes over northern Gaza Strip, and continued till Wednesday morning. Meanwhile, the Palestinian terrorist groups and Hamas have fired several rockets over the major Israeli cities, including Tel Aviv and Beersheba. Israeli airstrikes took down a 14-story residential building and another mutli-story block in Gaza, killing multiple people and injuring hundreds of residents.
These airstrikes caused the deadliest bloodshed in the country following the bombardment that took place in 2014. The violence isn’t showing any signs of slowing between the fierce rivals and both parties are ready to call more air strikes. Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of Palestinian militant group, Hamas announced that the attack will continue until Israel stops the aggression in Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa mosque.
The Israeli security forces reportedly stormed the popular Al-Aqsa mosque in East Jerusalem on Monday and attacked the Palestinians who were worshiping at the mosque. Israeli settlers aided the security forces to attack the Palestinians amid the tensions of potential eviction of Palestinian families from the Al-Aqsa mosque neighborhood. The media reports claimed that more than 700 Palestinians have suffered grave injuries during these violent recent days.
Locals told that 30 explosions were heard in just matter of minutes.
Neither Israeli military nor the Hamas are ready to back down from the ongoing conflict. People all over the world are concerned about the lives of innocent civilians caught in the violence between two conflicting groups. The fighting has taken grave tolls on innocent children, as at least 14 children were reported dead in the conflict. World leaders are appealing to the conflicting groups to calm down and de-escalate the conflict from all sides. People also have asked the world leaders to take strong step in ending the ongoing conflict.
