In an interview with Anna Faris, Gwyneth Paltrow revealed that she ‘never wanted to’ divorce her husband Martin because he was the father of her kids. But on the other hand, she played a major role in bringing the Coldplay singer and Johnson together in 2019 after they split up.
Paltrow always wanted Martin to be happy and what’s best for him. She never envied Johnson in fact, during an interview Gwyneth Paltrow revealed that she ‘adored’ the Fifty Shades of Grey actress.
Gwyneth Paltrow and her relationships: With Chris Martin and Brad Falchuk
Gwyneth Paltrow who is best known for portraying the role of Pepper Potts in the Ironman film series was married to the Coldplay’s lead artist, Chris Martin. The couple got married in 2003, had two children Apple Martin and Moses Martin, and then got divorced in 2016.
In an interview with Anna Faris, Paltrow revealed that she never wanted to divorce her husband Martin because he was the father of her kids. She said “I never wanted to get divorced. I never wanted to not be married to the father of my kids, theoretically. But I have learned more about myself through that process than I could have imagined.”
Paltrow and Martin were married for over a decade and have two children together 16-year-old Apple Martin and 14-year-old Moses Martin.

Later in 2018, the actress got married to Brad Falchuck who is an American television writer most famously known for co-creating Glee and American Horror Story. “Because I concentrated on accountability, I was then able to find the most incredible man and create something that I’ve never had before with Brad, my husband,” she told Faris after the process.
Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson Relationship: Engaged or not?
Chris and Dakota first started dating two years after the Coldplay singer split with his wife Gwyneth Paltrow. Most of their relationship was kept under wraps, but in the summer of 2019, the “Fix You” singer and the Texas native had a falling out.
But in August 2019, the couple got back together again with the help of Paltrow. “Gwyneth was the one who pushed them to do so”, according to an insider at the time. Gwyneth told in an interview that she adores Johnson. The two couples were also seen having lunch together in 2020.
In January 2021, the couple bought a mansion in Malibu and moved in together. There were rumors about Martin and Johnson being engaged when the actress was caught wearing an emerald ring but neither has confirmed anything.
We are just happy that both Martin and Paltrow seem to have found love and are leading happy lives again.
