Brie Larson, 31, is an American actress and filmmaker. Brie started her Television career from ‘Raising Dad’ in 2001. Her big break came in from Short Term (2013) and The Spectacular Now (2013). Her career got a boost after she was cast in Kong: Skull Island followed by Marvel Cinematic Universe movies– Captain Marvel and Avengers Endgame.
Brie Larson has been subjected to a lot of praise and accolades. In her career, till date, she has won Academy Award, Primetime Emmy Award, BAFTA Award, and Golden Globe Award. Apart from this she was also listed in Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People In The World in 2019. One of Larson’s upcoming projects is with MCU. She will be back in the Captain Marvel sequel. Captain Marvel 2 is scheduled to release in 2022.
Will Brie Larson leave MCU for Star Wars?
Often it has been observed that Brie Larson has shown keen interest in getting featured in a Lucasfilm. She has accompanied Star Wars Universe in many events. And to our knowledge, Larson is sci-fi film lover. So, it won’t come as a surprise she won’t turn down an offer coming in from Star Wars.
Well there are speculation sparked whether Brie will actually join Star Wars or not. As of now she is all set to headline her solo project, which will have the main character name ‘Maeve’ who is living during a galactic war. As known till now, the character of Maeve will be more powerful than Anakin and Rey combined. According to Zeroh, there will be a new enemy who wants this new power from Maeve.
As Larson is already in the present situation working under Disney, it is likely the actress won’t face any obstacle if she wishes to switch over from MCU to Star Wars. However, her acting in MCU Captain Marvel is commendable. So, it is expected that if in case she chooses to back out from MCU, her fan base will take it as a piece of heartbreaking news.
