Sony’s new series of phones are lined up for release in an upcoming event. Yes, Sony is planning to launch all the Xperia series in Sony Xperia Event. The event will be held on April, 14 at 16:30 JST and 09:30 CSET. The event will stream live on their official channel on YouTube.
There will many new launches from Sony apart from phones. But currently, we don’t know for sure. But there have been a couple of rumours coasting around — one around a modern lead, the Xperia 1 III, and one approximately the return of the Xperia Compact, which may conclusion up being an Android reply to the iPhone Mini.
New Phones Lined-Up
Counting Xperia 1 III and Xperia Compact in we have few more new releases of 2021.
Xperia 1 III
Xperia 1 III has over 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage space. It comes with a 6.5-inch OLED panel and an aspect ratio of 21:9. The latest display will be a 4K HDR panel that will support 10-bit colour and have refresh rates of up to 120Hz. It will also have 64MP wide-angle camera, accompanied by a 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensor. With all such advanced features, we can expect the price a bit higher.
Sony Xperia Compact
Numerous Sony Xperia Compact bits of gossip point to it having a 5.5-inch screen, broken up by a ‘teardrop’ notch. The source connected over moreover proposes it’ll have a Snapdragon 700-series chipset, and another says it’ll as it had two rear cameras, which makes the phone sound beautiful mid-range. As most Sony phones have, as well as the little body, a 3.5mm earphone jack, and a 21:9 viewpoint proportion.
Xperia 10 III
Another expected release is Xperia 10 III. With a 6-Inch display with OLED. The chipset is Qualcomm SM7250 Snapdragon 765G (7 nm). The internal memory comes in variations i.e. 64GB 4GB RAM, 128GB 4GB RAM. Its battery life is Li-Po 4000 mAh. Xperia 10 III comes in 3 different colours: Black, White and Blue.
All three potential phones are rumoured to come with earphone jacks. As for what we’ll really see on the day, as it were time will tell — but gratefully there’s not much of it cleared out. Looks like we have to wait a little longer to know all the details and specifications for this year’s launch.
