Her faith in God being tested
She talked to Oprah about how around the death of her dad, she felt her faith was tested. She flew her dad to Singapore, New York, Europe, India so that she could prolong and save his life from Cancer. She expressed how it was such a helpless feeling, and that she was angry and her relationship and faith in God changed but at the same time she felt that God helped her find salvation and helped her come out of it.
On her surprise and unexpected 2000 Miss World crown
She said that she did not come from a pageant family. She did not desire it, and she never imagined that she would be a part of it. At the young age of 17 when you are thrown into the world of beauty pageants internationally and films, Priyanka said that she was trying to survive and come out of it.
Her regrets for not standing up to the filmmakers who mistreated her earlier
The actress left a project after a director asked her to give a dance performance that made her really uncomfortable. She opened up to Oprah talking about self-worth from a really young age. She regrets being silent and not calling out a director in the earlier days of her film career. She said that she was sacred and new in the entertainment. So she worked hard in the industry and within the system.
Priyanka believed that her mom dreamed of Nick as her Partner
She told Oprah that Nick is a self-assured man, who is really sensible and he is excited about his achievements. Priyanka said that he offers Partnership and her mom manifested Nick for him. She initially was not into nick when they used to text initially as she assumed that they both are two different people due to their age group.
