Warhammer Vermintide 2: “Chaos Wastes” Prepared To Release In April 2021

Warhammer Vermintide 2, a hack and slash game that was developed on March 8, 2019, on the Microsoft platform. The game also got released on different platforms like Xbox One, Xbox Game Pass, and PlayStation 4 but the dates varied. It is developed by Fatshark and is a multiplayer game.

Now finally after 3 years in the making, Vermintide 2 “Chaos Wastes” is finally setting its foot on the gaming platform. This will be a continuation of the previous story of Warhammer.

Storyline

The gamers will enter the Warhammer Fantasy universe amid the early days of the End Times. The game highlights the Heroes of Ubersreik from the first part. They fight against the Skaven swarms of Clan Fester along with their new partners. The Rotbloods comprises two leads that are: a Chaos Warband committed to Nurgle and the Chaos God of Infection and Rot. The progression, “Winds of Magic”, too presented the Beastmen, a crowd of Chaos made creatural, in the look of an element named as the ‘Herdstone’.

Chaos Wastes is a ghastly dense and dark tundra that’s home to all sorts of evil gods and Lovecraftian repulsions. The new version gets darker and horrific for the Warhammer players.

When Does It Kick-Off?

The developers announced that the new part of the game will release in April 2021. Although the game still does not have an official date. Twitter also released a brief teaser trailer of ” Chaos Wastes.”

Fatshark even released a statement on ‘Chaos Wastes’ saying, “It’s exceptionally diverseIt’ll take place within the Chaos Wastes. Things happening in the wastes are exceptionally peculiar now and then. Since the ‘Winds of Magic’ are really strong up there. This points towards the entry to the Domain of Chaos, where the evil spirit resides.”
