Noragami Arogota is a Japanese animation. This animation is directed by Kotaro Tamura and produced by the studio bones. Noragami Arogota is based on a manga and currently has 21 volumes. The animation is based on the manga which got released in 2010. The anime’s first season was aired on television on 5th January 2014 and consisted of 12 episodes. Its second season which consisted of 13 episodes was aired between October 2, 2015, to December 25, 2015. And since then fans have been begging for any updates on the next season, Noragami Season 3. Noragami Season 3 Release Date And Updates
There were some rumors been spreading about season 3 of the animation over Twitter and other social platforms because of this people have started to expect a third season of the same. There’s no confirmation been given by the makers over the rumors. Noragami season 3 won’t be aired before one or two years. It is not right to believe such rumors and to build a high hope.
This coupled with the fact that the world faced its world crisis in modern history in the form of COVID-19. And therefore even if the creators had planned of starting the production of Noragami Season 3, the production schedule could have been severely affected and delayed coz of COVID-19. When all these facts are taken into account we could expect Season 3 to release sometime in late 2021 or early 2022.
Noragami Story Synopsis
Yota’s true identity will be seen including his dark side and the darker past. Yota will now want to become a god with multiple followers and worshipers to get the golden shine. The family which Yota killed was Bishamon’s and in the new season, Bishamon will forgive Yota for the same.
Yota will try to assemble his allies and his ex-Regalia will also be seen as she will try to take her revenge from Yota. We will also get to know the reason behind her taking revenge on Yota. Yota who has no idea regardings the power of Nora will get a taste of it. A character called Ebisu will also be known, he is a god in a parallel world and he uses ghosts for the betterment of the parallel world.
He will later be stated as a felon. Every god will be against him, as they won’t like the method he is using and will try to kill him altogether. On the other side, Yukine will be seen helping Yota in becoming the god of fortune.
Is Noragami Season 3 Cancelled?
Now the age-old question is Noragami Season 3. Well, the straightforward answer is no. It is a bit complicated than that. This is because while season 3 hasn’t been canceled by the studio, they haven’t also confirmed Noragami Season 3 release date. Therefore we’d have to wait and see whether we will be getting a season 3 or not. Now Major example of these kinds of a scenario is High School DXD Season 5. In the case of High School DXD, its season 4 ended in 2018 and even though the series is extremely popular, it’s been 3 years and there are no updates about the upcoming season.
Is Noragami Season 3 coming out?
As of 2021, we do not have any updates on Whether Season 3 of Noragami ever release. As we talked about High School DXD Season 5, there is a very chance that Noragami Season 2 would never return. But we can’t be sure of that until we get an official announcement.
