The critically acclaimed series ‘American Horror Story (AHS)’ is coming back again. The first look for the new season 10 is out. The show has won over 136 awards including the Critics Choice Award. AHS Season 10 is named ‘Pilgrim’ and is currently under production.
Even though the announcement for the new installment is made. One does not know the official release date for sure other than that it will release in 2021. There have been constant updates about the cast of the show as Ryan Murphy, the creator of AHS has been dropping hints. Welcoming a new member to the cast is, ‘Home Alone’ star, Macaulay Culkin who has bagged a role in the series.
Ryan Sold The Role
In an interview with E! Ryan Murphy told that he did not even enunciate the script to Macaulay. Just told Macaulay the part he will be playing over a phone call. He said, “Okay, here’s the pitch. You will have a crazy, erotic sex scene with Kathy Bates and will perform other things.” And in response to that Macaulay says, ”This sounds like the role I was born to play.” That is how Ryan sold the role and Culkin signed for the character immediately.
Murphy even called Culkin’s character quite “insane”. He posted a picture of Culkin with Kathy Bates with the caption “Something wicked this way comes.
Sarah Paulson’s Gothic Look
In addition to Macaulay Culkin joining the cast, we will see our old members of the show like Kathy Bates, Billie Lourd, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Adina Porter, Lily Rabe, Angelica Ross, Finn Wittrock, and Frances Conroy. Speaking of Sarah Paulson, she has not been so quiet about her new appearance for the show. She looks perfectly gothic and dire in her new look.
Looks like it just isn’t the fans that are excited but the stars in the show too. AHS Season 10 won’t be the last installment as there are talks for Season 11 and 12 too.
