Kota Factory has been Renewed for Season 2

Kota factory is one of the most acclaimed shows of India. It was a TVF production that was released on the 16th of April 2019. And became an instant hit among the youth of India. Finally, there was some content that they can relate to. And became a hit show because of this show’s writing and the style of direction. So, it was written by Saurabh Khanna and directed by Raghav Subbu.

It was one of the most interesting storytelling when came to the color palette. Or when came to the style of the screenplay which has hilarious one-liners. Which the students all over India related to. It was how they talk to their friends and batchmates. It also shared the hate for Inorganic chemistry which was also a monologue that was acted in a great and subtle way.

NEWS FOR SEASON 2:

Recent news confirmed that the show’s rights have been bought by Netflix so that they can stream it on their platform. The downside of this act is it was free for the first season. So everyone watched it because it was released on Youtube.

Now, if you want to see the next season, you have to buy Netflix Subscription which costs almost 800/- Rs for three months. The upside of the act is now it is available on a bigger streaming platform context-wise. The production cost of this show also will be better now, cause Netflix joined their team.

RELEASE DATE:

On the 3rd of March, which was yesterday. Netflix announced many new projects in collaboration with Indian artists. And one of the shows which are going to be renewed for season 2 among others is Kota Factory.

But we have known for one year that the show was going to be renewed because of the outstanding response from the audience.  It is at this time stands an incredible rating of 9/10. There is no official release date for the second season but it will most probably get premiered in May this year.
