Superman Reboot To Be Produced By J.J. Abrams: Will Henry Cavill Star In It?

We all know Zack Synder’s Justice League is coming out soon and Henry Cavill will reprise his role for Superman in it. But I guess fans want more of the world’s superhero. So, on the grounds of this Warner Bros reported on Friday that Coates will write the screenplay for an upcoming Superman film that’s early in advancement. 

J.J. Abrams will be producing it under his label Bad Robot. Hannah Minghella will co-produce it. 

The script in the making.

Ta-Nehisi Coates, the acclaimed writer, and journalist who extended the world of Wakanda and also worked on Captain America for Marvel movies and comics. Coates will now compose the script for the new Superman film from Warner Bros.

In response to this, he stated, “To be invited into the DC Extended Universe by Warner Bros, DC Films and Bad Robot is an honor. I look forward to meaningfully adding to the legacy of America’s most iconic mythic hero,” while expressing his gratitude for the opportunity.

Even Abrams welcomed Coates saying, “There is a new, powerful and moving Superman story yet to be told. We couldn’t be more thrilled to be working with the brilliant Mr. Coates to help bring that story to the big screen, and we’re beyond thankful to the team at Warner Bros for the opportunity.”

Is Henry Cavill reprising for his role?

Henry Cavill, the person to play the iconic role of Superman has not been signed for this Superman Reboot yet. Henry has starred in three movies for this role- “Man of Steel”, “Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice” and “Justice League”. In fact, no director or star has however been confirmed to work in the movie.
