Capgemini Will be Recruiting 30,000 People in India in 2021

Renowned  French IT services Techie Company Capgemini has plans to hire 30,000 people in India for 2021. Ashwin Yardi is the CEO of Capgemini. He is the CEO of Capgemini since the year 2018.

In his previous professional timeline, Ashwin was the COO of Capgemini in India from January in the year 2016 till December 2018. His role and responsibilities as a COO were to manage the operations, delivery, capability development, and Innovation across India.

Ashwin went on to said that “The hiring reflects our strong revenue growth guidance of 7-9 percent for 2021.

How is the recruiting pattern and roles will be post-pandemic?

The  Recruiting team will be hiring a fusion of Freshers and experienced Candidates. The people will be a 50:50 mix of both freshers and laterals”.

The Indian Capgemini consists of India, with 125,000 employees, it the single massive professional talent for the Paris-based firm. The Company managed to hire 24,000 people in India in the year 2020. The Company has a total headcount of around 270,000.

Following are the profiles that are open for future recruiting. The hiring will be on for different digital skills such as artificial intelligence (AI), cloud, 5G, cybersecurity, engineering, and R&D. In December the profiles which formed 65 percent of Capgemini’s revenue were digital and cloud.

Infosys has plans to hire around 24,000 college graduates from the country for the academic year 2021-22. Infosys, in its current fiscal, had recruited 15,000 graduates. Cognizant Technology Solutions, which has more than 200,000 people in India.

The Company is expected to hire nearly 23,000 people in 2021, a 35 percent increase from last year. Capgemini has continued to offer financial and soft perks for the candidates who will be the future employees and existing employees.
