The Plot of The Manga

The story is about a dragon, who one day visits the house of Kobayashi, a programmer. The dragon transforms into a human maid and introduces herself as Tohru. Kobayashi actually met the dragon before in the mountains last night. She removed the holy sword from the dragon’s back, thus earning the dragon’s gratitude in return.

Kobayashi takes Tohru in as her maid. However, funny situations arise as Tohru tries to keep the house. While this scares Kobayashi, Tohru’s presence also attracts other beings like dragons and gods. One day, another dragon named Kanna arrives her place, asking to return Tohru to her. As it is later found that Kanna is exiled and homeless like Tohru, Kobayashi takes her in as well. Slowly a familial bond forms between the three.
