Most Elementary School and High School classes have resumed after a two-month lockdown along with the city’s Museums, Libraries, Malls, and Markets. The education system is expected to get back to normal life in early March.

Gyms, Swimming Pools, Multiplexes, and restaurants are reopening up for only those people who have received two doses of Covid Vaccine.

What is The Green Paas

People who are holders of Green Pass can get access to gyms, hotels, and theaters. Green Pass holders can be given to only those who have had received two doses of Covid Vaccine more than a week before, those who have recovered from the virus with a presumed immunity.

The Pass holders will need to prove their status by presenting a certificate or download the health ministry app of the country which must be linked to their medical files.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu tweeted saying “We are the first country in the world that is reviving itself thanks to the millions of vaccines we brought in, “Vaccinated? Get the Green Paas and get back to life”.

The people who can prove with the medical app that they have been fully vaccinated can have access and stay in hotels, visit gyms, swimming pools and attend cultural or sports events.

The health ministry of Israel claimed that the BioNTech-Pfizer vaccine was 98.9% effective in preventing hospitalizations and death caused by COVID-19.

Mentioning the data the Israeli health ministry said that the cases of COVID-19 infections have decreased 95.8% among people who received the two shots of the vaccine. The vaccine was 98% effective in preventing infections that caused fever or breathing problems.

Israel’s three long lockdowns have ruined the economy and caused unemployment to over 20%.
