Apple is including new emoji from the already released Unicode Consortium’s Emoji 13.1 Counting skin tone choices for a few prevalent emoji and a few new smiley faces and hearts. The company is additionally making a few changes to other emojis that are as of now accessible.

Some new updates have been made to the pre-existing emojis like the “rock-climbing person” emoji will now feature a helmet, the syringe emoji is now a more ubiquitous one rather than just filled with blood, and the headphones look like the AirPods Max.
iOS 14.5 will be compatible with all the same devices as iOS 14. Generally, these include the iPhone 6S which will go all the way up through the iPhone 12, along with the iPhone SE.
