Bofuri: I Don’t Want to Get Hurt, so I’ll Max Out My Defense
Bofuri is a Japanese novel series by Yuumikan and Koin. Jiro Oimoto adapted the manga version of the novel which was serialized in Kadokawa Shoten’s seinen manga magazine Comp Ace. Moreover, it has been collected into three tankabon volumes.
Release date and other information
So, Season 1 of the anime series was released on January 8 to March 25, 2020. Yen Press licensed the novel and the manga in North America. The second season was much awaited and said to be released in 2022. The Silver link premiered in season 1 which was directed by Shin Oonuma, the characters were designed by Kazuya Hirata and the composition of the series is done by Fumihiko Shimo.
However, the exact date of the release isn’t decided but the year is 2022. The fans are excited to see new characters with a bit of spice. Two visuals have been released about Season 2.
The second season will begin where Season 1 ended. The first season has 12 episodes and the last episode will be the first episode of Season 2. The Silver Link studio is the producer of season 1 and this studio is famous for its work in a different genre. Such as Kokoro Connect, Strike the blood, Wise Man’s Grandchild, and Fate/Kaleid.
However, the official account of Funimation announces on their Twitter handle about the confirmation of Season 2. There are expectations of more season after season 2 but let’s just focus on the release year of Season 2. Moreover, it may release by fall 2022.
Since the Novel hasn’t been covered completely in the adaptation so, there are a lot of fun episodes coming in the future.
