Isekai fantasy anime ‘That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime’ or ‘Tensei Shitara Suraimu Datta Ken’ is adopted from a light novel series, which goes by the same name, written by Fuse and illustrated by Mitz Vah. Release Date of ‘That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime’
Season 2 Episode 5 of ‘That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime’, is titled ‘Prelude to the Disaster,’ and is scheduled for release on February 9, 2021. Its first-ever episode was aired on October 2, 2018 and the first episode of season 2 was aired on January 12, 2021. Eight Bit Studios is responsible for developing the anime series, with the help of producers- Yōhei Itō and Shigeto Sugimoto.
Kazuyuki Fudeyasu was involved with the writing team and Yasuhito Kikuchi was replaced by Atsushi Nakayama as the new director. The music of the series has been developed by the Music group Elements Garden. The opening theme track “Storyteller” was performed by TRUE and the ending track “Storyseeker” by Stereo Dive Foundation.
