Space Force is an American comedy television series created by Greg Daniels and Steve Carell. It revolves around a group of people who are tasked with establishing the sixth branch of the United States Armed Forces, the United States Space Force.

The show premiered on Netflix on May 29, 2020 In November 2020, it is now renewed for a second season. The show was inspired by President Trump’s space force initiative.
When will Space Force Season 2 release on Netflix?
All the 10 episodes of Space Force season 1 was launched on the streaming app on May 29, 2020, it’s not yet clear if season 2 will be ready by next year, due to the unpredictability of the pandemic. At present, Netflix has not shared a confirmed premiere of the series.

Unfortunately, actor Fred Willard, who played Mark’s father, Fred Naird, in season 1 of Space Force, passed away at the age of 86 just before the show made its debut on Netflix.
What changes will Season 2 of Spaceforce have?
What General Naird and his team will or will not accomplish in season 2 is uncertain. The show will surely have to address the changing political climate as President-elect Joe Biden will swear into office on January 20.
As writers struggle with writing around a new administration in 2021 and what that could mean for the Space Force’s future, Parks and Recreation screenwriter Norm Hiscock will enter as part of a “creative makeover.” It is confirmed that Norm is being brought on that, like The Office, Space Force will grow and better connect with viewers in season 2. Actor Jimmy O. Yang will be joining the show’s writing team for season 2.
How will the story of Season 2 of Spaceforce shape up?
After Angela and her team had delivered the Chinese moon base out of action, they also found out that the same had been done to them.
Along with that, Naird had essentially been ousted from his job, with Grabaston taking over proceedings. The four-star general didn’t stick around long enough to catch all of the action in the control room, instead of rushing off to rescue his daughter, Erin, in the helicopter. His wife Maggie escaped from prison to do the same, along with her new girlfriend.
