In the October of 1999, Fuji TV released an anime named One Piece in Japan which was produced by Toei Animation. It became an instant hit amongst everyone. They have already released more than 960 episodes of this anime. The critics too loved this series. It is overwhelming and very enjoyable.
The story is quite interesting. It is a story about Pirates and their conquest but no as cliche as the other. That’s why it was well-received by the people in Japan and after some time, around the world.
THE STORY:
The story revolves around an epic “Pirate King”, whose real name is Gol D. Roger. He was one of the most influential pirates the world has ever seen. He even crossed through the grand line. But he was unlucky and got captured by the government. He was sentenced to death. Before his death, he told the world about a hidden treasure called One Piece.
After this great revelation, many pirates started to find this treasure and that will bring the Grand age of Pirates. The one who will find this treasure will be honored with the name of “Pirate King”. The story then moves forward with Monkey D. Luffy, a boy who always wanted to be a pirate because of pure awe for this work. But he is no ruthless like others. It’s a story about his adventures and revealing dark mysteries in the quest of finding One Piece.

The name of the 961st episode of this show is ‘Tearfully Swearing Allegiance! Oden and Kin’emon!’. It is set to be released on the 7th of February, 2021 under the direction of Aya Komaki, Kōhei Kureta, and Tatsuya Nagamine.
