The Good Doctor Season 4 Episode 7: Preview, Release Date & Watch Online

ABC medical drama series The Good Doctor originally premiered in 2017. It is based on the 2013 Korean drama series and has been received well by the audience.

It stars Freddie Highmore as Shaun Murphy, a young surgical resident who suffers from autism and savant syndrome, giving him the extraordinary ability to visualize the human anatomy and diagnose the problem.

The series is currently running on its fourth season since November 2020.

What Happened in The Last Episode?

Season 4 Episode 6, aptly titled ‘Lim’, focuses on Dr. Audrey Lim as she is seen dealing with one case after another.

First, she treats a military veteran for PTSD, later asking Shaun and Asher to join as well despite both of them trying to recover from what happened with Carl. She later asks Jordan to perform an abortion, where Jordan opens up about her own abortion.

Later, Lim treats Rose, who claims to have empathetic abilities. She finds out the reason behind this is a heart condition.

Rose advises Lim regarding her problems. Lim suffers from PTSD herself because of her experiences while treating the COVID-19 patients. This causes her behavior to be rude. At the end, she faces a bike accident. Apart from this, Morgan and Park’s story progresses further and Shaun is seen throwing a birthday party for Lea.

Episode 7 Release Date and Watching Options

Episode 7 ‘The Uncertainty Principle’ will premiere on January 18, 2021, on ABC.

Season 7 Preview

As per the official synopsis by ABC, the seventh episode shows Dr. Morgan Reznick dealing with a patient obsessed about his wealth and extending his life. Morgan finds out that this can lead to more than what he can pay for. The episode could focus more on Morgan and what she goes through.

The recently out promo also shows Lea revealing to Shawn that she has an ‘ex-husband’. As per Christina Chang, who plays Lim, this episode would not focus on Lim but later episodes will show her struggles with PTSD, apart from her physical injury.
