Zoe Saldana Joins The Cast
Guardians of The Galaxy starrer Zoe Saldana has joined the superstar cast of The Adam Project alongside Golden Globe winner Jennifer Garner, Ryan Reynolds and Mark Ruffalo. Netflix has announced the news through Twitter. The Adam Project is currently in the filming process.
The Adam Project: Story line & Production
The Adam Project will tell the story of a pilot played by Ryan Reynolds, traveling back in time to connect with his 13 year old safe to solve his father’s murder mystery, played by Mark Ruffalo. The antagonist of the is Catherine Keener.
The Adam Project is directed by Stranger Things fame Shawn Levy. Jonathan Tropper and David Ellison are the screenplay writers of the movie. The Adam Project is the first movie jointly produced by Ryan Reynolds’s banner Group Effort and Levy’s 21 Laps Entertainment.
Jonathan Tropper is currently working on the movie’s screenplay on the basis of writer TS Nowlin, Mark Levin and Jennifer Flackett’s drafts. That’s why the role of Zoe Saldana and Jennifer Garner is still unclear.
First Look
Ryan Reynolds posted the first look of The Adam Project in November 2020. He wrote on the Instagram post: “Finished our first week on The Adam Project.” The post also included behind-the-scenes shots of Reynolds and director Levy.
Zoe Saldana’s other upcoming projects are- The Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 3, Avatar 2, Missing Link, I Kill Giant etc. All of the movies are expected to be released before 2022.
