Princess Beatrice and Husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi
At Roya Chappel of all saints Princess Beatrice, the bride, made her vows with Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, the groom. She’s the daughter of Prince Andrew, Duke of York and Sarah, Dutches of your and the granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth. Moreover, she’s ninth in the succession of the British Throne. Her husband is the son of former British Olympian, Alex Mapelli Mozzi. However, their families knew each other and were close friends. Beatrice and Edoardo started dating in autumn 2018 and engaged in Italy in September 2019.
Wedding
Edoardo proposed the princess with a ring designed by Shaun Leane. The marriages weren’t allowed during the lockdown but then the government allowed to take place 30 marriages on July 4. The royal wedding took place on 17 July 2020.
The princess bride wore the dress remodeled and fitted by Queen’s senior dresser Angela Kelly and designed by Stewart Parvin. Beatrice wore the Queen Mary Diamond tiara given her by her grandmother. Wolfie, the son of the groom served as the Best man and page boy. Princess Eugenie, the sister of the bride served as matron of honour.
At first, the wedding was cancelled due to the COVID19 pandemic. Later the couple announced a private wedding at St. James’s Palace followed by a private reception at Buckingham Palace.
