About Megan Fox
Megan Denise Fox, popularly known as Megan Fox by fans, is an American model turned actress. She was born in 1986 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and is trained in dance and theater since the age of 5. In her schooling years, she was a part of the chorus in Kingston Elementary School. She was also a part of the Kingston Clippers swim team. Megan got into modeling at the age of 13 and later moved to Los Angeles, California.

Megan claims to be quite ‘shy and introverted’ and found the initial rise of her fame to be quite overwhelming. She has made into various lists like Maxim’s Top 100; FHM’s Sexiest Woman in the World, in which she ranked the first in 2008. In 2012 and 2017, she was named ‘Most Beautiful Woman in Every Age’ by People.
On questions of being typecast and being called a sex symbol, she replies that she looked at it as an opportunity to establish herself. She is also known for her tattoos, which she has had 9 of them, including the tattoo of Marilyn Monroe on her right forearm which she got removed later because according to her, Marilyn’s life was gloomy. There is also a quote tattooed on her shoulder, which says ‘We Will All Laugh At Gilded Butterflies.’

Notable Works
Megan first appeared in a direct to video movie Holiday in The Sun in 2001. She was later seen with Lindsay Lohan in the 2004 teen musical comedy Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen.
Her career shot exponentially in 2007 after the release of Transformers, and its 2009 sequel Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. She was awarded for her performances by Teen Choice Awards, Scream Awards, and Spike Video Game Awards. In 2009, Megan played the main lead in the horror-comedy Jennifer’s Body 2009. She began the next decade with the 2010 western superhero flick Jonah Hex.
She also played the role of April O’Neil in the 2014 movie Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows in 2016. Lately, she has appeared in the action movie Rogue, where she portrays the character of Samantha O’Hara.
