The one company which has been consistent in coming up with new, improved, and exciting products for the past many years is OnePlus. The company has managed to create a buzz about ‘what next?’ even at the launch of the new product.
As OnePlus was launching the OnePlus 8T last year, the buzz for the OnePlus 9 was palpable. And if grapevine could be believed the wait would be a shorter one for this one, as the company may launch the OnePlus 9 Pro in April itself, so that they have spaced out the launch for the next products namely the next low-cost OnePlus Nord and OnePlus 9T.
The Specs
There are two model numbers doing the rounds which are LE2113 and LE2117, which could be OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro respectively. They are expected to come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 processor, RAM of 8GB, and Android 11 operating system.
It may have a 144Hz refresh rate screen and 65W fast charging support similar to OnePlus 8T and up to quad rear cameras. The OnePlus 9 could have a punch-hole flat display, triple rear cameras in a rectangular camera module, and white color as an option.
The device will be a 6.7-inch in length with a glass back and stereo speakers on the bottom -edge. The alert slider and power bottom on the right side and the volume rocker on left.
Price Points
As we are aware that the OnePlus 8T was a tad expensive due to the new features, the OnePlus 9 would be in the affordable price range with starting at a price of $749 at least for the low storage option.
One thing we all are wanting from the OnePlus stable is wireless charging which the company is avoiding so far since they believe the technology for it is yet not in accordance with the company standard. We are hoping the same would be included in the OnePlus 9 or 9 Pro.
