Apple 12- Core M1X Processor in MacBook Pro 16-Inch!!!

The MacBook Pro 16 inch with Apple M1X processor is tapped more quickly than the current M1 processor. Although Apple has not shared any information on the new 16-inch MacBook Pro or M1X processor, one tipster claimed the latter would debut with the larger MacBook Pro via a tweet last weekend. The tipster also shared some details about the alleged M1X processor but also said the name is not final yet. Apple launched the M1-powered MacBook Air, MacBook Pro and Mac Mini devices earlier this month and the new processor is leaving its Intel counterparts in the dust.

According to an old tweet by known tipster LeaksApplePro, the 16-inch MacBook Pro will come with the new Apple M1X processor that will be even more powerful than the current M1 in the latest MacBook models. While the M1 has eight cores, the M1X is said to come with 12 cores, of which eight tipster performance cores and 4 will be efficiency cores.

Apple 12- Core M1X Processor in MacBook Pro 16-Inch!!!

The tipster says the MacBook with ith the M1X processor will be unveiled via a press release but did not share a timeline for the same.

Apple’s 16-inch MacBook Pro is its top-line laptop that can be equipped with an octa-core Intel Core i9 processor. It debuted in November last year and despite some thermal limitations, it was a powerful laptop. If the M1 X-powered 16-inch MacBook Pro exists, it would be quite interesting to see the performance of the M1X with active cooling in larger sizes, given the efficiency of the M1 processor in smaller sized laptops. The tipster quotes one source as saying, “If you think the M1 is faster, then you haven’t seen the M1X.”
