Before the three-part reunion finished airing in September 2020, Denise Richards’ rep confirmed she wouldn’t be back for another season.
“I had a great first season. The second season was challenging,” Denise later told pal Garcelle Beauvais on The Real, referring to Brandi Glanville’s accusations that the two women had an affair. “I just thought it was the right time for me to go and to just keep focusing on the other projects that I have. I had a great time. I will always be a fan and I will continue to support the show.”
Hilton is the half-sister of actress and RHOBH star Kyle Richards and former RHOBH star Kim Richards. She is married to Richard Hilton, the son of Hilton Hotel founder Conrad Hilton, and his mother to Paris Hilton, Nicky Hilton, Barron Hilton II, and Conrad Hilton III.
Kung Minkoff, 35, is the founder of Real Coco, a company that offers coconut products. In 2007, she wed Rob Minkoff, who also helmed the film adaptation of Stuart Little and its sequel, as well as Eddie Murphy’s Haunted Mansion. The couple has two children.
Kung Minkoff’s casting comes after the departures of Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and Denise Richards. Season 11 will likely see the return of Kyle Richards, Erika Girardi, Lisa Rinna, Garcelle Beauvais, and Dorit Kemsley, as well as Sutton Stracke, who is hoping for another season as a “friend of” the Housewives. With the addition of Kung Minkoff and Beauvais becoming RHOBH’s first Black cast member when she joined last season, the Bravo series is set to have the most diverse roster in its 11-year history.
