Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Along With Watch Dogs Legion gets cross-platform progression via Ubisoft Connect

Launching along with Watch Dogs Legion on the 29th of October Ubisoft has described Connect as “the evolution of our ecosystem of services for all Ubisoft games across all platforms”. For the newest games which include, Hyper ScapeAssassin’s Creed ValhallaImmortals Fenyx Rising along with the Riders Republic. Ubisoft Connect will also be supporting cross-progression. This means that players will be able to save the game. This can be done on one platform and later resume it on another.

It will also be offering access to all its digital rewards. Each time a player levels up in Ubisoft Connect, they will be able to spend Units on items such as weapons, skins, emotes, and consumables.

In an FAQ, Ubisoft mentioned that the transition from Uplay/Ubisoft Club to Ubisoft Connect will not impact what is associated to your account in any way. We will get to keep our profile, your friends, your stats, your level, your XP, and units. The new loyalty system will start however it will remain compatible with units and XP.

Ubisoft Club rewards have also been unlocked for over 30 games that are no longer patched and have not transitioned to Ubisoft Connect.

Ubisoft recently detailed post-launch content plans for Watch Dogs Legion and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, including story expansions and new modes.

An Immortals Fenyx Rising demo will be available for Stadia beginning on October 22.
