Nvidia has released the list of new games that will receive ray tracing or DLSS, or both.
Games
Cyberpunk 2077 is of course going to get ray tracing and DLSS. Some other games that will receive both are all of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Watch Dogs: Legion.
World of Warcraft: Shadowlands will also get ray-tracing when it comes out in November. Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord will get DLSS. It won’t be getting ray tracing.
Ghostrunner and Pumpkin Jack will also get ray-tracing and DLSS support. They come out on October 27 and October 23, respectively.
Enlisted, the massive World War II shooter, Will also get Ray Tracing and DLSS. Action RPG Mortal Shell and First-Person shooter Ready or Not will also get Ray Tracing and DLSS.
And last but not the least, Action Role-Player Xuan-Yuan Sword VII will get ray tracing plus DLSS (on October 28) and turn-based JRPG Edge of Eternity will get Dlss support in November via an update.
What is Ray Tracing?
Ray Tracing is a very advanced way of rendering lights, reflections, and shadows in a scene. It has been used by movies in their CG scenes. Games typically use it to render realistic reflections and shadows.
