Ubisoft has finally released the official system requirements for Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla. They have suggested setups for 4K, 1440p, and 1080p.
Here, are the configurations you will need for 4K, 1440p, and 1080p. (The list is in this order). And, you will also need DirectX 12 support.
For 4K, 30fps

- Video Card: AMD RX 5700 XT or Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Super

- Storage: 50GB SSD

For 1440p, 60fps
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X or Intel i7-8700K
