The remastered version of Need For Speed Hot Pursuit is coming on November 6th. It will be available to play on PC, Xbox One, and PS4. It will also arrive for Nintendo Switch, but a week later.
It’s been 10 years since Criterion released their much-loved game. And now they are back with a remastered version to woo you over again. In single-player mode, you can play as the cop or the outlaw.
Cross-play support
There is cross-play support too. In fact, the trailer placed a lot of emphasis on the cross-play feature. You can connect with your friends and play across almost every platform. PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch is supported.
This remastered version comes included with all the DLCs. Be it the SCPD Rebel Racer Pack or the Porsche Unleashed Pack, it has all of them. They have also added some new achievements, car colors, wraps, etc.
And of course, being a remastered version, there is an improvement in graphics. The Switch version will run at 1080/720p with 30 fps. And on PC, PS4, and Xbox One it can go up to 4k with 30 fps, and 60fps on 1080p. There are also some higher resolution reflections, boosted textures, more particles, improved UI, etc.
The game will be releasing on November 6th.
