The Los Angeles Lakers and the Miami Heat are heading into Game 2 of the celebrated NBA Finals 2020 on Friday night. Lakers have the advantage of entering the second game of their best-of-seven series, but it’s not easy against Miami, at least now. Jimmy Butler and company has been brilliant this playoff season, and will certainly give tough competition against the Western Conference top-seeded team.

Frank Vogel’s team dominated the first game in NBA Finals 2020 cruising to 116-98 victory. The four-time NBA MVP and Lakers forward LeBron James told that they aren’t satisfied with just one win and admits that there is a lot of work to do. James was one assist shy of his 11th NBA Finals triple-double in Game 1.

Lakers another star, Anthony Davis dropped 34 points in his first-ever career NBA Finals, after playing eight years in the league. Danny Green and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope supported the two 2020 NBA First Team with 11 and 13 points respectively. Miami coach Spoelstra told the reporters that Lakers physically controlled the game and they weren’t able to get back.

Heat’s forward Jimmy Butler scored 23 points after playing 33 minutes in Game 1. Tyler Herro, who has been attracting media attention with his impressive plays in previous games scored 13 points. But, injuries are the major back down for Heat before entering the Game 2. Bam Adebayo left the court in the mid-third quarter after suffering injury and didn’t return to the court.

Not only Adebayo but guard Goran Dragic also didn’t come back fro second half and is suffering plantar fascia tear in the left foot. Both players are doubtful in Game 2. Meanwhile, there is no injury report from the Lakers.
