Samsung has launched a new 4K projector that displays up to 130 inch

Samsung has launched a new projector that can display up to 130 inches of 4K video. The name of the projector is “The Premiere” and it has joined the “Terrace” and the “Frame” in the premium TV category of Samsung.

“The Premiere”

The Premiere is available in two different sizes- 130-ich and 120-inch. It’s of course 4K and has a peak brightness of 2,800 ANSI lumens. The brightness might not seem very great when compared to high-end TVs but it’s quite a lot for projectors. It’s equipped with built-in speakers that use Acoustic Beam technology, similar to Samsung’s 2020 soundbars.

Samsung has not unveiled the price. But judging by the price of its rivals from Sony LG, etc. It would be safe to assume that it’s going to cost north of $5000. The premiere would be available later this year “starting in the US, Europe [and] Korea.”
