DanMachi Season 3 is Finally Returning After Four Months Delay, Release Date, Cast, Storyline, and Trailer

DanMachi is one of the popular anime television series that has a huge fan following and amazing popularity. The series is based on the Japanese light novel series of the same name, which was written by Fujino Ōmori. There are currently fifteen volumes of the light novels that have been published by SB Creative. J.C.Staff adapted the light novel into the anime series. The animation studio already produced two seasons, and the DanMachi Season 3 is currently slated to release sometime later in 2020.

After premiering two seasons, the producers have realized how popular the series has been since 2015. Hence, the animation studio reportedly announced the third season of the fantasy anime series on September 27, 2019. The studio also mentioned at that time that the third season will begin airing from July 2020.

Fans have been eagerly waiting for the release date for the third season of DanMachi. The global coronavirus pandemic reportedly affected the release date of DanMachi Season 3. The series was previously scheduled to release in July 2020. Later on July 4, 2020, the studio announced that they had rescheduled the premiere date of the third season. DanMachi Season 3 will now air on October 2, 2020.

DanMachi Season 3: Cast

The primary cast will return for the third season, along with their official voice actors. Yoshitsugu Matsuoka will continue to provide the voice for the series’ protagonist Bell Cranel. Saori Ōnishi will provide the voice for the beautiful swordswoman, Ais Wallenstein. The other prominent character to reprise their role is:

DanMachi Season 3: Storyline

DanMachi is also known as is it wrong to try to pick up girls in a dungeon and follows the story a 14-year-old solo adventurer, Bell Cranel. He then fell in love with a powerful swordswoman Ais Wallenstein. Wallenstein once saved Bell’s life, and since then, he has developed a feeling for her. Bell doesn’t know that other girls and even deities have started liking him.

In the finale episode of season 2, Bell, Hestia, and Ais return back to Orario, and Hestia tells Bell that she will always be by his side. The season ends after a mysterious monster girl appears in the dungeon.
