Boston Celtics are looking to extend their lead in the best-of-seven series against Toronto Raptors on Saturday. Celtics suffered an unfortunate loss in Game 3 after Raptors’ OG made three-pointer buzzer-beater. When OG Anunoby released the ball, only a half-second was remaining on the clock.

Raptors escaped 3-0 deficit with the buzzer-beater, and now Nick Nurse’s team will aim to level the series. With the 104-103 victory, they have new hope and confidence to defend the NBA title. Fred VanVleet, Raptors guard, said that the team would try to tie the series with their newfound momentum.
Meanwhile, Celtics’ guard Marcus Smart said that the team hasn’t still shown their full potential and played basketball. He hinted that when the boys return to court on Saturday, they will go for the win. Thursday defeat was Celtics’ first in the NBA playoffs. They were going 6-0 in the playoffs until Thursday. They entered the semifinals eliminating Philadelphia 76ers 4-0 in the Western Conference Quarterfinals.
Boston lost their forward Gordon Hayward in Game 1 of the round 1, but still, they were going pretty strong. Point guard, Kemba Walker, guard Marcus Smart and forward Jason Tatum has been leading the team and wrecking the opposition defence. Raptors’ Kyle Lowry and Fred VanVleet were struggling to reach 20 points in the first two losses, but on Thursday scored game-high 31 and 25 respectively.
