California: SLO County Sheriff has confirmed the Suspect Gunman Responsible for the Nipomo Shooting is Dead.
The incident took place at around on Friday at around 11:30 am When Deputies from SLO County Sheriff received a shots fired call from a Vons Gas Station on 500 block of West Tefft Street.
When the Authorities reached the gas station the Gunman Fired multiple shots at them. The Gunman then fled to the parking area where he was shot and killed by SLO County Sheriff Deputies at around 12:50 pm.
Deputies from SLO County Sheriff & California Highway Police have reported that none of their Officers or any Civilian has been injured in this incident.
People are being advised by the Authorities to Avoid Tefft St near Highway 101 in Nipomo due to ongoing police investigation. They have also closed off on/off ramps each way but the motorists can use freeway lanes as they remain open.
